In 2009 Deutsche Bank started looking deeper into Design Thinking, at a time the concept was new to the corporate world. We prototyped the first projects together with young talents and internal experts. We wanted to understand what it means working in the Design Thinking mode and how we can integrate it into our corporate environment. Today Design Thinking is an important element within our transformation towards a client centric agile working culture. We can share our experience delivering trainings and best practice in scaling design thinking projects from workshop mode to project mode, mapping it to the needs of the people in transformation.
